Modern Bespoke Production Machines:

The CO100 Cut Off machines, Monzesi Centreless Grinders and FC61 Flute and Clearing machines are all highly productive bespoke manufacturing machines which produce a finish sized fluted blank which is then transformed into a piloted drill reamer by the extremely versatile Saacke UW1F Tool and Cutter Grinding machines.

Project Management and Traceability:

A key competency of ours is the ability to manage projects using the E-Max Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. E-Max offers a fully integrated system, including: sales order processing, stock control, invoicing, quoting, works order processing and a bar code based shop floor data capture system.

The extensive use of E-Max offers full traceability, real time production information and accurate costings and delivery forecasting.
